360° Leadership Feedback
The Buckinghamshire Coaching and Mentoring Pool is always looking at new ways of how we can support our members on their leadership journeys, so in collaboration with Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust and Talent Innovations, who have over 20 years of experience designing and delivering 360 feedback, we have designed a bespoke 360° Leadership feedback.
What is 360° feedback?

360° Feedback is a process through which feedback from an employee's teams, peers, colleagues, and supervisor(s), as well as a self-evaluation by the employee themselves is gathered. Such feedback can also include, when relevant, feedback from external sources who interact with the employee, including from residents, families and suppliers or other interested stakeholders.
360° feedback is so named because it solicits feedback regarding an employee's behaviour from a variety of points of view. 360° data says as much about the cultural norms, current leadership, and the relationships between reviewers as it does about the individual.
