The BOB Pharmacist leadership development programme
offers a comprehensive mix of eight days face-to-face workshops spread over nine months, a Leadership 360° questionnaire, wrap around support and optional online learning. The content will remain flexible to the needs of those attending and during the first workshop delegates will be invited to steer the content of the remaining days. It aims to develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours to support experienced pharmacy professionals to become outstanding leaders.
The cohort will consist of 20 pharmacists from across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West, who will learn and grow together. This will enable them to improve the performance of their teams and the people who work with them, in order to deliver outstanding outcomes for service users and the those living in BOB.
This programme is a fully interactive and reflective programme, with time built in to think, reflect and grow for the future.
All face-to-face workshops will be conducted at a central location near Watlington, with easy road access from the M40 motorway: Mercure Hotels Thame, Lambert Hotel
View the Mercure Thame Lambert Hotel website here
The next cohort for this programme is full; future cohorts will be announced when available.
