Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring Workshop - Enhancing Performance

BHSCA are running an Advantage accredited workshop to gain a qualification in Coaching & Mentoring.

The aim of the Level 5 (Modular) Workshops is to provide continuous support to the coaches and mentors within the Coaching and Mentoring Pool by providing them with new tools and resources.


The Level 5 has been produced in a modular format, so you only need to complete the topics that you may have not covered before, thus allowing person centred training to take place. 


To gain the Advantage Level 5 qualification, you will need to:

  • Have completed the Advantage Level 3 (Supporting Performance) Workshops or equivalent.
  • Be an active member of the Bucks Coaching and Mentoring Pool as a coach, within the last 6 months.
  • Complete a minimum of 4 of the Level 5 Workshops.
  • Complete a coaching profile.
  • Complete serials 1- 8 as detailed on the confirmation and assignment brief



The modules are delivered both face to face and via MS Teams and include:

  • Personal leadership & 360 feedback
  • Coaching to support positive mental health
  • Coaching for Teams
  • Coaching to support the gift of time



  • Talent management coaching
  • Coaching to Support Positive Mindset - working with limiting beliefs
  • Coaching for Powerful Insights - the power of Presence, Silence, and Intuition
  • Confidence Coaching
