Step 3: Introduction to Line Management

"Leading Others"

Research has shown that front line managers are critical to the success of any business or organisation, because they have a considerable influence on the behaviour of employees and their overall attitude towards the organisation.

Employees are vital to the success of any organisation, and are key to increased productivity and effectiveness. The person who can get the best out of both individuals and teams is often the person who is most closely with them daily, and this is usually their line manager.

No one is a born leader, we need to learn and develop the skills over time, so this two day programme has been designed to support those already leading others, and to prepare those that will lead others in the future.
