Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring Workshop

BHSCA are running an Advantage accredited workshop to gain a qualification in Coaching & Mentoring.

The Buckinghamshire Coaching and Mentoring Pool recognises the importance of having capable, current and qualified coaches, to be able to provide the best coaching service to those that use the Pool.

To support this, we are now offering a Level 3 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring, accredited through Advantage.

This 3 day, face to face, interactive programme will provide you with all the skills to support others on their coaching journey.

To gain the qualification, you will be expected to be an active member of the Coaching and Mentoring Pool and complete at least 6 hours of coaching, alongside a short assignment.

All of this information, and more, is included in the Confirmation and Assignment brief.

"The variety of teaching techniques was excellent"

"I want to take the time to thank Jason Greasley, for offering me a place on the Coaching & Mentoring course that was taught at BNU Aylesbury Campus recently, I found the course to be very informative!

Jason’s style of teaching made the course content easy to understand and enjoyable to learn. Before taking part in the course I had no idea about the models that are used to structure a coaching / mentoring session.

I have benefited from learning about the TGROW model and have enjoyed implementing its use in sessions carried out with my own Mentee whilst completing my assignments. I often find myself using the model to help me through my own challenges at times...

...Upon completion of the course, I now know the difference between a Coaching & Mentoring relationship, how to structure a chemistry meeting and my responsibilities as a coach / Mentor. I understand the importance of building rapport, client confidentiality and when confidentiality may need to be broken. I also understand where coaching & Mentoring has its place within organisations and the positive benefits that it brings to individuals and teams."

"If you have an interest in gaining a qualification in coaching & Mentoring, I would highly recommend that you take part in the training being delivered by BHSCA, they know their stuff!”

"Trainers made sure all learning styles were considered”

"The activities really help to put the theory into practice"

"I feel I can take away a lot to be a better leader."
