Health Coaching

Empowering people to become active participants in their health and wellbeing

  • Why health coaching?

Imagine a world where people felt listened to, valued, and empowered to improve their physical health and mental wellbeing.

Improvements could include exercise, diet, taking control of their finances or making changes to their living or working conditions.

This can be a reality by investing in health coaching.

  • Benefits of health coaching:

Health coaching helps individuals identify goals that align with their personal values and circumstances,  tapping into their internal motivation and commitment.

It is a non-judgemental approach that focuses on building trust and rapport and empowers individuals to become more active participants in their health and wellbeing, by acknowledging what matters to them.

This has the potential to reduce the reliance on over-stretched services by giving people the skills, knowledge, and confidence to better self-manage.

  • Why choose us?

We're a non-profit organisation with a strong track record of working across the system.

Our team is made up of a selection of clinical and coaching experts.

We deliver training for clinical and non-clinical staff in areas including leadership, coaching, vaccine hesitancy and compassionate leadership.

Our ethos for delivering training is to place service users at the centre of every decision.

  • Our courses are for:

Individuals that require a PCI accredited qualification to work as a 'Health Coach' in the NHS (4-day course)

Individuals employed in a health and wellbeing role

Individuals working in health or social care, who want to develop health coaching skills to support and empower service users

Services or organisations looking for a coaching approach to support better self-management of health and wellbeing

HR professionals, organisations, businesses, or leaders  looking to utilise a health coaching approach to support their people through compassionate leadership

  • Ongoing support:

We have a dedicated project manager to support needs outside of training.  We also offer the opportunity to join a monthly community of practice via MS Teams.  The community of practice provides peer support, sharing of best practice and the opportunity to gain additional tools and resources to continue developing your coaching skills.
