
Let's Talk About Vaccines (LTaV)
The UK is currently experiencing a significant decrease in vaccine coverage and an increasing risk of vaccine-preventable diseases. This is not only apparent in our patients and service users but also in our frontline health care workers. 42.8% of all frontline health care workers in NHS trusts with direct patient care received the influenza vaccine in England: a decrease of 7.1 percentage points compared with that seen in the 2022 to 2023 season (49.9%). All of the training is fully interactive with opportunities to practice techniques, discuss experience and approaches with peers and colleagues and reflect on your practice.
