Elaine Pope

Organisational Development and Leadership Faculty Lead

Elaine has over 20 years of Organisational Development (OD) experience across health, local government, the voluntary sector and private consultancy, and currently leads the Leadership, Engagement and Organisational Development Team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. Recently completing an MBA in Healthcare Leadership, and as a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor Elaine is an advocate of lifelong learning and sustainable transformational change.


Elaine is Chair of the Buckinghamshire Cornerstone Employers Group, representing Buckinghamshire at a national level ensuring local young people are provided with opportunities to make their best next step.


Amir Khaki

Organisational Development and Leadership Faculty Executive Sponsor


Amir is an Occupational Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience of working with Private & Public organisations. He is currently the Deputy Director of Education, Inclusion, leadership & Development at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.

He is highly experienced in all aspects of HR strategy, OD, Culture, education ED&I, Digital transformation, and restructure. He has successfully developed, created and implemented a full people strategy, improving recruitment, retention and engagement.


Amir is a fully qualified coach and coaching supervisor with a passion for supporting other’s development. He is an  advocate for diversity & inclusion, and a current regional lead for supporting diversity at board level.

He is a passionate Occupational Psychologist, who is always looking for innovative & evidence based solutions to ongoing & emerging issues.


Jason Greasley

Head of Coaching and Leadership Transformation,

Buckinghamshire Health & Social Care Academy


Jason has been employed in the both the Health and Social care sector within Buckinghamshire for a number of years, working in Learning and Organisational Development. Prior to this he served in the British Army for 24 years, and has worked in many environments and cultures.


It was during this time in the army that he learnt the power of coaching and the results it can gain if used correctly. Jason has a passion for supporting others in their development and getting the job done. His moto in life is “doing the right thing on a difficult day”.
