The Peak 3 Senior Leadership development programme will assist you in developing knowledge and skills to deliver compassionate, transformational and inclusive leadership.

Modules will include:
Developing an understanding of your own personal leadership styles and those of your colleagues, including MBTI.
The only one thing that is constant is change; this module will focus on the people involved in change, how it affects them, and how that can be the difference between success and failure in a project.
What makes a team, and what keeps a team together and performing at its best? How can we move from a working group to a real team, and reap the benefits that this brings to both ourselves and to those we support?
This will be your opportunity to share with others including your manager what you have learnt and what you will implement using these newfound skills.
Developing knowledge and gaining practical experience of tools and techniques that will support you when interacting with others. This includes the Level 3 Advantage Coaching & Mentoring qualification, with a little additional work.
How do we work better together for what the future holds? We are all part of a system and if we want to improve the services we provide to patients, residents and clients, then we must work together to improve pathways and processes.
Leadership for improvement; This session will explore the practical components required for an effective management system within an organisation. Additionally, we will explore leadership attributes and practice coaching skills required to empower colleagues to be problem solvers and embrace a culture of continuous improvement and enhance performance.
Creating psychological safety so that staff feel safe to raise concerns about errors, near misses, problems. Managing your own stress whilst helping others. Highly inclusive leaders are committed to diversity and inclusion, respecting all in the workplace.
The training will take place over 8.5 days of face to face training, with a handbook provided.
